How do I reach Spaceport 1?
Take the "Galactic Shuttle" shuttle‑bus from the AREA15 main lot, rideshare drop‑zone, or self‑park (first hour free). Light‑rail stop Sirius Station is 5 min on foot.
Where can I stash earthly belongings?
Lockers are provided outside Pre‑Launch Hall, in ZONE 2 of the Terminals. Oversized cargo >25 cm must remain planetside.
Is the experience wheelchair‑friendly?
Absolutely. Gravity‑compensation floors, wide boarding ramps, seated‑mode flight suits, and assist‑droid escorts are standard. Email Access@InterstellarArc.com 48 h in advance for bespoke adjustments.
Sensory considerations:
Segments feature low light, spatial audio, haptics, and mild wind. Travellers with heightened light or motion sensitivity should take this into account before booking.
Minimum age: 8 years old.
One adult (18+) may supervise up to three Young Voyagers.
Cryo‑pods auto‑scale to occupant—no separate ticket needed for babes‑in‑arms (none permitted, sorry Mom & Dad!).
No‑shows ➜ Boarding Pass forfeits; cargo reallocated to next standby pioneer.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations, but…
Rescheduling ➜ Flexible up to 24 h pre‑launch via your Boarding Pass portal
Do I need to remove glasses?
No. Our visor shells fit spectacles up to 145 mm wide. Contact lens wearers stay perfectly comfy.
Will I get motion sick?
Very few travelers experience discomfort. The centrifuge employs gentle redirection algorithms, and your walking pace never exceeds a relaxed stroll.
Can I film inside?
External cameras are welcome at HEXO Spaceport 1 and again once you disembark in Cosmopolis; however, for security reasons, they must remain stowed during the voyage itself (classified HE‑S‑2). Use your HEXO-suit's integrated wrist‑camera while in transit; all captures auto‑download to your ticket account after touchdown.
