Welcome aboard Interstellar Arc — a virtual spacecraft transporting you 200 years into the future. Before you begin your mission, please read and sign this waiver acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of the terms.
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that the Interstellar Arc Mixed Reality Experience includes immersive visual, auditory, and motion elements simulating space travel, zero gravity environments, and time-dilation concepts. These may cause dizziness, disorientation, nausea, emotional responses, discomfort, serious injury or death. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with participating in this futuristic simulation.
2. Health Conditions
I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical condition that could be triggered or worsened by a fully immersive VR experience. This includes but is not limited to: Epilepsy or seizure disorders, Heart conditions, Severe motion sickness, claustrophobia, Mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, PTSD), Pregnancy (unless cleared by a physician).
I accept full responsibility for determining whether I am medically fit to participate and release Felix & Paul Studios US, Inc., HEXO, their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability arising from undisclosed or unknown medical conditions.
I affirm I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Journey to Cosmopolis and the whole Interstellar Arc Experience, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, and assigns, voluntarily release, waive, and forever discharge Felix & Paul Studios US, Inc., HEXO, their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action of any kind, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the released parties or otherwise.
4. Instructions & Behavior
I agree to follow all pre-flight briefings, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. I understand that disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in my immediate removal from the experience without refund.
5. VR Equipment Usage
I accept responsibility for the proper use of VR headsets and accessories. I understand that damage caused by negligence, mishandling, or failure to follow instructions may result in fees to cover repair or replacement.
6. Media Consent
I grant Felix & Paul Studios US, Inc. and its affiliates the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, and otherwise capture (including in VR-capture) my likeness, voice, and participation during the Interstellar Arc Experience, and to use such media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotional, public relations, and commercial activities, in any form of media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials. Felix &Paul Studios US Inc will not sell or share this information to any third party company.
7. Email Usage
To enhance your experience with our virtual reality attraction, we require a valid email address at the time of registration or check-in. Your email will be used solely for the following purposes:
Tracking Your Progress: To save and manage your progress through the VR experience, allowing for personalized interactions or multi-session use.
Delivering Photos and Messages: To send you personalized content such as in-experience photos, digital souvenirs, or messages related to your session.
We value your privacy. Your email address and any associated personal information will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes. It is stored securely and used only to support your experience with our attraction.

8. Minor Participation
If the participant is under 18 years old, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability. I am aware that by signing this document, I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue for ordinary negligence. I sign this document freely and voluntarily.
