BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, PURCHASING TICKETS, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EXPERIENCE, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE OR PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPERIENCE.

We collect your personal information on our own behalf and on behalf of our associated companies, which are currently: Felix & Paul Productions Inc., Felix & Paul Interactive Inc., Felix & Paul Development Inc., Felix & Paul Distributions Inc., and Felix & Paul Studios Inc.

Standard Photography & VideoBy attending the Experience, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by Felix & Paul Studios US, Inc. and its authorized partners. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from such images and recordings for any lawful purpose, including marketing, advertising, promotional, and public relations activities, in any media now known or developed in the future, without further notice, review, or compensation.
13. Virtual Photos Created During the Experience
During the Experience, visitors are provided with the unique opportunity to create "Virtual Photos"—images they actively choose to take within the immersive virtual reality environment using in-experience camera tools. This section details our privacy practices specifically related to these Virtual Photos.
Explicit and Informed Consent: By participating in the Experience and by voluntarily taking Virtual Photos using our in-experience tools, you provide explicit and informed consent for:
Ownership: Felix & Paul Studios US, Inc. and its affiliates to own all rights, title, and interest in those Virtual Photos, including copyright.
Use and Publication: The use of such images for internal purposes (e.g., audience analytics, experience improvement) and, where appropriate, public-facing promotional or marketing activities. This includes the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display these Virtual Photos in any format, media, or platform now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose. This broad consent applies unless such images clearly identify your real-world likeness or personal attributes and you object or request removal as detailed below.
Account Delivery and Personal Use License: If you create an Interstellar Arc account, we may, at our discretion, deliver copies of your Virtual Photos to you. In such cases, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to download, share, and display those images for personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing on social media.
GDPR/CCPA Compliance and Your Rights Regarding Virtual Photos: Under applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR and CCPA), the act of initiating photo capture using our virtual tools constitutes affirmative consent to data processing and use of such images. However, if a Virtual Photo clearly identifies your real-world likeness or personal attributes, and you do not wish it to be used by the Company beyond personal delivery to your account, you may request deletion or restriction of its public use by contacting privacy@interstellararc.com. We will honor reasonable requests under applicable law.
Children and Minors' Virtual Photos: If a guest under the age of eighteen (18) uses the virtual camera feature, we consider their participation subject to the consent of a parent or legal guardian, which is required for access to the Experience. We do not distribute or use Virtual Photos of minors for promotional purposes without verified parental consent.
